be content with your practise today
embrace and accept your edge (your edge being a point of effort and focus, never pain)
off the mat
what does contentment mean to you? maybe note this down in a journal so you can re-visit it and/or add to it at different times in your life
observe those around you – do you notice any signs of contentment in people and/or animals? do you also notice any signs of discontentment? what can you learn/take from these signs?
consider keeping a gratitude journal – write down three things each day that you are thankful for – does this make you feel content or enhance your contentment?
