about me
i completed my teaching diploma with the british wheel of yoga in 2009; i found it an incredible journey of exploration and discovery. i teach yoga from my heart and believe it should be accessible to all. i like to weave ‘yoga gems’ into my teaching that students can explore during and after class; experiencing, living and loving their yoga both on and off the mat. i aim to create a supportive and friendly environment in all classes and feel this is extremely important.
yoga has been an integral part of my life for around 16 years and my inspiration comes from a variety of sources. i believe it’s important to connect with yourself each day and decide what you need from your practise, accessing your ‘yoga toolbox'.
i have studied thai yoga massage and continue to develop as a student and teacher through personal study, 1-2-1 sessions with my teachers and other workshops.
i am also interested in food and nutrition, having experienced food intolerences first hand. i plan to embark upon a formal course of study in the future which will enable me to become a nutritional adviser.
all the photos you see on this website are photos that i have captured myself. i hope you like them :-).
wishing you love and light
